Industrial operations · for whoever answers for technical support

The answer is in the manual. It reaches the line too late.

With Synapse's AI, your company's technical knowledge is available where the work happens: manuals, procedures and datasheets start answering in Microsoft Teams, in WhatsApp and in the chat, with the page of the document in plain sight. When the documentation does not cover the case, the conversation goes to the specialist carrying everything that has already been said.

A 15 to 20 minute diagnostic conversation · A 20 to 30 minute proof session, with your own material · A sprint of up to 7 days, with the decision date agreed before it starts

Before the demonstration

How many questions, from your own team or from customers, still end up with the same few people?

What this page asks of you

Pick a real question and we build the session around it

We reply with the path of the session: which document of yours we need, how long it takes and what you will see on the screen. If there is no fit, we say that too.

First a 15 to 20 minute conversation about the process, not about the platform. Then the 20 to 30 minute proof session, with the material you send us.

We received your question. We will reply with the path of the session and what we need from your side.

We use this information to respond to your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. The question you wrote reaches our commercial team by email and is used to build the proof session with your material. It is not published and it is not used to train a model.

Do you know this scene?

Tuesday, 2pm, beside Line 3

The technician has the radio in one hand and the procedure inside some PDF. While nobody can find which revision applies, the line waits and the decision climbs to someone who is already in another meeting.

Thursday, 9am, in the engineering room

The same specialist answers the same question for the third time this month. Every interruption costs the project he should be running, and nobody records that the question already had an answer.

Friday, 5pm, in the customer's WhatsApp

Whoever picks it up does not have that equipment's manual at hand and answers from memory. Almost always right, and the almost comes back as rework, a returned part and a site visit nobody had budgeted.

Inside Synapse

The question from the line, answered with the page of the manual

It is the same sequence as the proof session: the approved procedure, the real question, the answer with the source pointed at, and the case the document does not cover.

What is the tightening torque for the DN80 flange?

The procedure calls for a criss-cross pattern, in three passes, and sends you to the value in table 6 for the DN80 at the pressure class installed on the line.

When it is not in the document

“Can I reuse the flange that warped during the shutdown?” The manual does not cover that case. The assistant says it does not cover it, does not risk a number, and opens the conversation with the maintenance specialist carrying the question and the passage already consulted.

The limits, said up front

Three things it does not do

It is on this page because it is what we would say in the first meeting, and we would rather say it before you ask.

It does not invent what is not in the document.

When the approved material does not cover the case, it says so and calls a person, instead of closing the gap with generic knowledge.

It does not read what nobody approved.

A procedure that was uploaded and not yet approved shows up in the list and does not exist for the answers. Who approves is set by permission, separate from who asks.

It does not choose which revision applies.

With two revisions of the same procedure approved, it cites both, the expired one included. Retiring the old one stays your team's work.

What Bluey proposes

A value sprint, with the scope closed before it starts

It is not an implementation and it is not open-ended consulting. It is a controlled experiment on one process of yours, with the decision date agreed before day one.

07days

In seven days, you decide. And three of the four outcomes are not a sale.

Goes to production

The narrow flow that ran in the sprint is the same one that goes into production. Nothing is rebuilt from scratch.

Iterates once

The metric agreed at the start did not move enough. We adjust the scope and repeat, once.

There is no fit

The problem does not belong to this product. We say so in the review meeting, and the sprint ends there.

Becomes a project with its own scope

The value is there, but it depends on work that does not fit in seven days. It becomes a separate proposal.

One process, one set of documents, one metric Decision date agreed before day one The proof does not require integration in production Out of scope: open-ended consulting and system migration

This operation rests on

Technical knowledge where the work happens

The line’s question answered with the excerpt and the page of the manual — and when the documentation doesn’t cover it, the specialist steps in instead of a guess. With approval and the source in plain sight.

Answer with the page

A manual, procedure or data-sheet question answered with the excerpt — and the document opens on the cited page to check.

Ask where you already talk

Over Teams, WhatsApp or chat: the line’s question is answered on the spot, with the source alongside.

When it isn’t covered, no guessing

The manual doesn’t cover the case? The assistant says so and opens the conversation with the specialist, carrying the question and the excerpt already checked.

Approval before it becomes a source

Manual uploaded, technical lead’s review, available on the floor: nothing becomes a source before approval.

Per-folder permissions

Each document in the folder for its topic, with the permission it already has: whoever can’t access it doesn’t get the content in an answer.

One platform, many areas

Technical knowledge organized by area, with history and context — the same platform that also supports, operates and analyzes.

Have you done this in a manufacturer before?

Yes. Bluey applied Synapse at a mid-size manufacturer serving both an internal and an external audience through Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp. The customer's name, the volume and any number from the case depend on their approval, so we publish none of them here. What this page shows is the product, not a customer's gain.

And when the procedure does not cover the case?

It says it does not cover it. It does not close the gap with generic knowledge and does not risk a number: it opens the conversation with the person responsible, carrying the question, what has already been answered and the passage consulted. The record of what happened and where it escalated stays, and the gap becomes a task instead of becoming a wrong answer.

Do we need to integrate with the ERP or the maintenance system first?

Not for the proof session and not for the sprint. Both run on documents you already have: a manual, a procedure, a datasheet, a work instruction. If the value only appears after a bespoke integration, that does not go into the sprint and becomes a project proposal with its own scope, said out loud before we start.

How do we make sure an external customer never sees what is internal?

Each folder chooses who gets in, by person, role, group or tag, and the restriction holds in the answers too: whoever cannot open the folder does not receive its content. In an open channel, where whoever asks is anonymous, the assistant does not list folder or file names from the company and answers only with the material that channel is allowed to use.

Bring the question that today always lands on the same three people

A procedure, a manual or a datasheet you already use. In 20 to 30 minutes you see the answer and the page it came from.
