What are credits?
They are how much you use the AI. Every conversation, generated document or automation uses part of the month's credits, and the plan brings a fresh amount every month. You follow the usage in the app.
What if the credits run out before the month ends?
You buy more credits in the app, without changing plans. If it happens every month, a plan with more credits is the better fit.
What changes from one plan to the next?
The number of people, the credits a month and the work areas. Starter comes with the Individual modules and the areas you choose; the other company plans come with every platform module. The larger ones also get previews of new AI modules, and the custom plan includes exclusive modules and modules built for your company.
How are the Starter areas chosen?
From your sign-up answers. When you create the account, you say what your company wants to solve, and the first areas you pick open right away on the free plan. Before you pay for Starter, you see those areas and confirm or swap them. After you subscribe, they change only through the Bluey team or by moving to Business, which includes them all.
How does the discount work?
When a plan has a discount, you see the full price struck through, the discounted price and how many invoices it covers. The discount applies to new subscriptions, once per company.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes. You change plans in the app whenever your team changes. If you cancel, you keep using Synapse until the end of the period already paid, with no fee.
